It Takes Two
Bartender Katie created this delicious concoction back in the Spring of 2022 and she sure did some fabulous work. It shakes up Corralejo Reposado Tequila, Domaine de Canton, Blackberry, Lemon Juice, Cherry Bitters, and freshly muddled Basil. It’s wonderfully refreshing on its own and outstanding topped with Champagne for a bubbly Brunch twist!

Coffee Department Drink of the Month
Lavender Fields
Maya Heritage Chai mixed with a touch of lavender syrup and ice-cold whole milk. Topped with lavender-vanilla cold foam.
Salad of the Month
Spring Seedlings
Farro, spinach, fresh asparagus, umami bomb tomatoes, and hulled fava beans tossed in housemade Meyer lemon vinaigrette. Topped with fresh basil, sunflower seeds, and Manchego cheese.

Cookie of the Month

Peanut butter cookie dough filled with milk chocolate chips and dehydrated mini marshmallows, rolled in graham cracker crumbs, and baked to perfection.
