Sometimes a cocktail is born of one before it. Sometimes we can trace its history. And sometimes a strange cocktail comes from nowhere, just in time for the leaves to change and put us all in the mood for Autumn. Corralejo Reposado Tequila, Averna Amaro, House Carrot Shrub, House Ginger Syrup, Angostura Bitters. Like the film it’s named after: eerie, hard to describe, impossible to forget. Cheers.
Daytime Cocktail Special: Slap ‘N’ Pickle
Cheers! A new ancient spirit made here in Michigan, Norden Aquavit. This spirit is very similar to gin in that it’s made the same way. Norden Aquavit starts with an organic neutral corn base and then it’s infused with botanicals such as caraway, citrus, coriander, juniper, dill, and others. Featuring a cocktail from NYC’s Death & Co, Slap ‘N’ Pickle combines Norden Aquavit, fresh lime, muddled cucumber, a dash of celery bitters and a splash of Grenadine. It’s fresh, it’s juicy, and sure does slap!

Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton. Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand. Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here. And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.
