This cocktail is the brainchild of Head Bartender Gillian O’Hara. Based on the classic “Toronto”, she uses Russel’s Reserve Private Barrel Bourbon, Averna, Benedictine, Housemade Cinnamon Syrup, Cardamom Bitters, and Black Walnut Bitters to create a a deliciously warming sipper that you can get cozy at home with.
