Bartender Mads was feeling the season when they created this delicious libation. It shakes up Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey, Domaine De Canton, Benedictine, Lemon Juice, and a touch of Sea Salt to create a cocktail that will truly make you want to exclaim “sláinte!”.

This tasty old-school Laundry throwback was inspired by the herbs that we grow out back and the fabulous honey that is made by our busy bees. Junipero Gin, Housemade Blackberry Shrub, Basil, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Honey topped with Champagne. This bubbly cocktail is a great addition to Brunch or Dinner. Cheers!
