The Green Thumb
This cocktail did not get it’s time to shine last year, so we’re bringing it back with a twist! Erika Nixon created a cocktail that embodies the flavors and feeling of Springtime. Corralejo silver tequila merges together with Chareau, a deliciously subtle liquor distilled from aloe, alongside fresh jalapeño, basil, housemade ginger syrup, lime, celery bitters, and and a splash of Lemongrass soda, resulting in a refresher that reminds you that sunny days will be here soon. Coffee Drink of the Month
This delicious riff of the Spanish classic mixes steamed milk with vanilla, ground rice, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and Irish Cream syrup topped with whipped cream and colorful marshmallows from the famed children’s cereal. Add a shot of espresso for a deliciously sweet pick-me-up!
Salad of the Month
Romaine and radicchio lettuces tossed in housemade Russian dressing topped with gherkin pickles, green olives, red onion, hard boiled egg, Emmentaler swiss cheese, housemade croutons, and house-boiled corned beef.
