The Laundry Room is a venue operated by The Laundry for private events and meetings. The space works well for many different types of events: birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, small intimate celebrations, cocktail parties, off-site business meetings and more. The space seats a maximum of 60 guests, has a private entrance and access to the full menu and range of services provided by The Laundry. The Laundry and The Laundry Room are non-smoking facilities.

FEES & DEPOSIT

For parties of 24 or less, a banquet room fee of $150 is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and will guarantee the space is reserved for your event. The Laundry Room will be reserved for a period of four (4) hours. An equipment fee of $2 per person will be added to your event total. This fee applies to house tables (6-foot rectangular), chairs, white linens, china dishware and glassware for your event. Additional costs depend on your service style and chosen menu. A 20% gratuity will be added to your event’s final payment.

For parties of 25 or more, a banquet room fee of $250 is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and will guarantee the space is reserved for your event. The Laundry Room will be reserved for a period of four (4) hours. An equipment fee of $2 per person will be added to your event total. This fee applies to house tables (6-foot rectangular), chairs, white linens, china dishware and glassware for your event. Additional costs depend on your service style and chosen menu. A 20% gratuity will be added to your event’s final payment.

For parties of 12 or less, a banquet room fee of $75 is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and will guarantee the space is reserved for your event. The Laundry Room will be reserved for a period of two (2) hours. A 20% gratuity will be added to your event’s final payment.

Events reserved for Friday or Saturday require a minimum of 30 guests.

The Laundry will work with you to build a menu unique to your event and appropriate for your party’s size. Once your event menu is finalized (a required minimum of seven (7) days prior to your event date), a deposit of 1/3 of your estimated food cost is due. All quotes provided more than 120 days from your event date are subject to fluctuations in food and beverage cost and may be reflected in your event’s final payment.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

Special requests, such as colored linens, special tables or chairs, specialty glassware or china, etc., can be arranged through Gerych’s Rental. We will supply you with a quote for basic rentals, such as special tables and chairs; we will refer you to Gerych’s Rentals for a consultation if you require more extensive rental arrangements and quotes. We will include all rental charges in your final payment.

DECORATIONS

You may arrange for access to The Laundry Room to decorate for your event. There are no limitations on decorations; however, we ask nothing be taped, nailed, stapled or pinned to the walls. A fee of $25 will be charged back to your party for any damages and resulting repairs.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

All food, beverages and desserts served in The Laundry Room must be provided by The Laundry. We proudly feature event cakes from CRUST – a baking company, and we would be happy to assist you with a cake order for your celebration with us.  Kindly provide three days’ notice for cake orders.
