Bartender Em created this delicious riff on our classic Beetlejuice cocktail and we have to say, it makes our millenium. Beet & Jalapeño infused Corralejo Silver Tequila, Ancho Reyes Verde, Housemade Ginger, and Fresh Lemon Juice shaken together to make a cocktail good enough to revive any bio-exorcist. Cheers!
Daytime Cocktail Special
Vieux Carré
This delicious classic cocktail was created by Walter Bergeron, head bartender at New Orleans’ Hotel Monteleone, in the 1930’s. He named his spirit-forward libation after the French term for the city’s historic French Quarter. It stirs up Pierre Ferrand Cognac, Rittenhouse Rye, Carpano Antica, Benedictine, Peychaud and Angostura Bitters.

Chai Not?
Maya Heritage Recipe Chai mixed with Pumpkin Pie Syrup and steamed Whole Milk. Topped with Whipped Cream and a dusting of Cinnamon. Concocted by the one and only Stacy!
