Kristina joined our kitchen crew back in August of 2025 and we are so glad that she loves cooking with us! She is an incredibly dependable member of the team who is always ready to learn something new and lock it down. In her short time here she has managed to tackle many different stations on the line and in the prep kitchen which we thought truly deserved some kudos. When she is not here at the corner of Shiawassee & Adelaide, you can find her spending time with her wonderful boyfriend, Robert, and her two adorable cats, Target and Binx. She is a huge fan of visiting museums, finding new restaurants, and exploring her favorite music genre, indy rock. THANK YOU, Kristina, for your hard work, eagerness, and for being so very wonderfully you!
Jeff took inspiration from a viral video for his downright delicious March Cookie of the Month! Brown sugar cookie dough filled with miso, buttered Bakehouse toast pieces, and white chocolate, rolled in buttered breadcrumbs, and baked ‘til golden. Topped with a piece of salted white chocolate. Creator, Lungi, called this flavor combo "arguably the greatest invention since (& because of) sliced bread" and we have to agree!

End your weekend on a high note with a NEW Patrick`s Punch. This tasty twist on a classic Cameron’s Kick shakes up Jameson Irish Whiskey, Famous Grouse Blended Scotch, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Housemade Hazelnut Orgeat. Served on the rocks and finished with a freshly peeled Lemon Zest. It’s light, citrusy, and slightly savory. Cheers!
You loved the Corktown Cobb so much last year that Chef Devon is bringing it BACK for the month of March! Sweet Crisp and Napa cabbage tossed in housemade creamy dill dressing, topped with our signature corned beef, Swiss cheese, hard boiled egg, roasted fingerling potatoes, gherkin pickles, croutons and freshly grated horseradish.

This event is a five-course interactive tasting dinner with both wine and beer pairings assigned to each course. Chef Devon has created a delicious five course menu and two beverage experts paired with Bartenders Em and JW will go head to head in a friendly battle for your palate and votes. Dinner guests will taste the combinations and vote on their preferences. Join us for a beloved night of entertainment, food, and delicious beverages!

Rise and shine for Chef Devon`s Weekend Brunch Special! It takes inspiration from a traditional Pakistani dish he has fallen in love with. A fragrant curry made with potatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, fresh tomatoes, and a touch of thai chili with pastured-raised scrambled eggs folded in. Served with grilled naan and topped with fresh cilantro. This tasty take on Aloo Anday only available this Saturday & Sunday!
Last night`s Vegan Dinner was a wonderful evening of food and beverage! Chef Devon and Bartender Em curated an experience that focused on the beauty of all things that come from earth. Each delicious course was paired with libations crafted with a plant-based lifestyle in mind and chosen to compliment each bite. THANK YOU to everyone who attended this event, we love getting to bring experiences like this to life and we couldn`t do it without YOU!
