After you receive your order…
Class and Event ticket purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with a signature apparel item from thelaundrygoods.com, email us at jasmyn@lunchandbeyond within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we will refund or replace the order. If it appears your package was damaged during transit, please keep all packaging and contact us within two days of receipt. You can expect a response to your email within 24 hours.
Payment and Sales Tax
How do I pay for my purchases?
At Check Out, you can pay by credit card or e-check. Our online store cannot accept gift cards from The Laundry as a form of payment. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you choose to pay by e-check, your order will be processed once your payment has cleared our account.
Is State Sales Tax applied to my purchase?
Currently, we collect sales tax only on purchases made by residents of the state of Michigan. Purchases made by residents of other states are subject to the applicable use tax of those states. Classes are not taxed upon Checkout.
