Thanksgiving Buffet at The Laundry

On Thanksgiving, we will open at 11:00 a.m. to serve our traditional buffet and close at 4:00 p.m.

Salads

Southern Grape Salad with Brown Sugar and Candied Pecans

Bartlett Pear Salad with field greens, maple balsamic dressing, julienned red onions, raisins, fresh raspberries, toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese

Harvest Cobb salad with romaine lettuce, poppy seed dressing, gala apples, hard boiled egg, Applewood smoked bacon, dried cranberries, red onion, crumbled blue cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds

Herb and Butter roasted turkey breast with traditional pan gravy

Italian sausage and roasted fennel stuffing

Fresh cranberry sauce

Horseradish crusted salmon topped with lemon beurre blanc

Carved strip loin with red wine demi-glace

Penne pasta tossed  with kale and parmesan cheese in a roasted butternut squash cream sauce
