Wildlife in Australia is being devastated by the wildfires that are ravaging the continent. Over 20 million acres of land have been burned down by this tragedy displacing animals and people alike. Chef Jody Brunori and Beverage Director Jon Foley have put together a dinner highlighting some of the great sparkling, white, and red wines this region has to offer alongside delicious traditional food. This dinner will include a donation to the efforts of containing this tragedy.
$80 per person, plus tax and gratuity (a total of $100.80 per person will be charged upon checkout, which includes taxes and gratuity.)
