- Stuffed French Toast
Two slices of French toast with a sweetened lemon-ricotta filling. Topped with housemade blueberry compote. Served with pure maple syrup.
- Skillet Frittata
Fresh-cracked eggs with chorizo, smoked cheddar, sautéed peppers and onion cooked in a mini cast iron skillet. Garnished with housemade salsa and scallions.
- Savory Toast
Provincial toast topped with garlic cream cheese, roasted asparagus, braised kale, roasted leeks and two over-easy eggs.

Blackened Mahi Mahi served on a bed of creamy grits. Topped with an asparagus and spring pea salad.

Bucatini pasta tossed in an arugula and walnut pesto with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted asparagus, spinach, and ciliegine mozzarella.

A pan-seared locally sourced pork chop topped with a garlic cream sauce. Served with sour cream mashed potatoes and French green beans.
