Cocktail of the Month: Par Tres

We’ve put a south-of-the-border twist on the Arnold Palmer for a cocktail that’s “deceptively simple and endlessly complicated”. Bartender Ashley Burton mixes Corralejo Reposado tequila, Montenegro, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and orange bitters, then tops it off with that famous mix of lemonade and iced tea.  A perfect sipper to enjoy before hitting the course this Spring.

Daytime Cocktail Special: Plantation Pineapple Daiquiri

A fun twist on an old favorite. The Laundry recently added a new line of Plantation Rums to our collection. In this cocktail we are featuring Plantation Pineapple Dark Rum shaken with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Sure to be a summer favorite.

Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton.   Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand.  Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here.  And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.



Bread of the Month: Tri-County Pepper
The town of Fenton is located in what is commonly referred to as the Tri-County Area.  so it seemed a natural fit as a title for our three-cheese bread.  Asiago, cheddar and Gruyere cheeses with coarse ground black pepper make for a savory, spicy, supremely cheesy bread.  Your grilled cheese will never be the same again.

A flavorful loaf made with a touch of rye flour, dried thyme, olive oil and Kalamata olives. 

Tuesday – Village Round
A low-profile Italian bread, perfect for dipping in olive oil, soup or pasta sauce.

Wednesday – Cinnamon Swirl Pan Loaf
A generous sugar-cinnamon swirl in our soft, white pan loaf.  
This loaf, your toaster, some butter and a knife.  Good Morning!

Thursday – Rosemary Garlic Potato
A traditional ‘pane alle patate’ loaf made with Idaho potatoes, minced garlic, fresh rosemary and a natural starter.

Friday – Cherry Walnut
Toasted walnuts and tart, dried cherries​ in a soft, white pan loaf.

Saturday – Chocolate Cherry Sourdough
Dried tart cherries and semi-sweet Callebaut Belgian chocolate chunks in a traditional sourdough loaf. One unique sourdough!

Sunday – Double Raisin Pecan
Packed with dark and golden raisins, plus toasted pecans.  Sweetened with honey — no added refined sugar.
