Cocktail of the Month:  Jitterbug Perfume

This month’s cocktail is named after the novel by Tom Robbins and was designed to showcase our new Beet and Basil Shrub, concocted by our Bartender Sarah Minter. This fragrant, earthy cocktail is a mix of Greyling Modern Dry Gin, Beet and Basil Shrub, Domaine De Canton and fresh lemon juice. Shaken and served up​.

Daytime Cocktail Special: Brown Derby

Named for the famous hat-shaped restaurant in Los Angeles, this minor classic is a wonderful mix of bourbon, grapefruit juice and honey syrup. Bright and refreshing, this is the perfect whiskey cocktail for the warmer weather that can’t be far off now.

It’s Back!

Our classic B’s Bug Bar was on hiatus for the holidays, but it’s back with a new look and a more consistent shape, size and bake. It’s the same recipe you know and love — real butter, eggs cracked by hand, rich Callebaut Belgian chocolate chunks.   $3.75 each

Hazelnut and mint syrups, rich espresso, steamed whole milk and green sprinkles.   $3.25 / 16 oz



Cherry-Blackberry Crumb Top

Tart cherries and sweet blackberries are tucked under a crumb topping of rolled oats, sliced almonds, brown sugar and real butter.   $22 / whole pie

Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton.   Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand.  Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here.  And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.



Irish Soda Bread

Hearty and dense, this traditional brown bread is made with oats and buttermilk, then scored to resemble a clover.

Landbrot mit Sauerkraut Loaf

A traditional farm loaf made with rye flour, ground caraway and tangy sauerkraut. This is a terrific sandwich loaf with a soft, fine crumb and dense, slightly chewy crust. Holds up well to corned beef and pastrami.
