Cocktail of the Month: The Next Word
This cocktail is variation of the famous Last Word, a Laundry favorite. A blend of Green Chartreuse, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a half ounce of Angostura Bitter. Nicely done, Ms. Chopski. Nicely done.
Daytime Cocktail Special: A + R Spritz
Our own root beer syrup is the basis for this new cocktail concocted by our own Lauren Chopski. With Averna Amaro, Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters, and a splash of soda water, this spritz is a pleasant accompaniment to lunch or dinner on the patio.

Over 2 pounds of cherries, strawberries and raspberries are tossed together, piled into our hand-crimped crust and topped with a crumb blend of brown sugar, cinnamon, rolled oats and almonds. $21 / whole pie
Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton. Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand. Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here. And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.
Bread of the Month: Hammonton Round
This ancestral bread of Sicilty has lots of sesame seeds, inside and out. Made with durum wheat and semolina flours, plus a natural starter.

A generous sugar-cinnamon swirl in our soft, white pan loaf.

Thursday – Rosemary Garlic Potato
A traditional ‘pane alle patate’ loaf made with Idaho potatoes, minced garlic, fresh rosemary and a natural starter.
Friday – Cherry Walnut
Toasted walnuts and tart, dried cherries in a soft, white pan loaf.
Saturday – Chocolate Cherry Sourdough
Dried tart cherries and semi-sweet Callebaut Belgian chocolate chunks in a traditional sourdough loaf. One unique sourdough!
Sunday – Double Raisin Pecan
Packed with dark and golden raisins, plus toasted pecans. Sweetened with honey — no added refined sugar.
