Cocktail of the Month: Zucca Sling
What exactly is Zucca? Zucca is an Italian amaro distilled from rhubarb. Its flavor is bitter, earthy and herbal. We’ve mixed Zucca with Zaya Aged Rum, house pineapple shrub, fresh lemon juice, Angostura bitters and club soda. The result is an interesting, refreshing cocktail guaranteed to keep your mind on what it is you’re drinking. Cheers!
Daytime Cocktail Special:Florodora
WThis delicious gin cocktail draws its name from a famous Broadway play, Flor0dora. The play highlights the lives and scandals of six beautiful women who each marry their own millionaire. Tanqueray, fresh lime juice and raspberry preserves are shaken and topped with Blenheim ginger ale to create a bright, fruity and tasty concoction.

The popular Bug Bars from CRUST are taking a much needed respite for the holidays. Dedicated to bringing us the best baked goods for acres around, our friends at the baking company are tweaking recipes and concocting new variations. Look for Bug Bars back on our shelves late February 2017.

Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton. Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand. Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here. And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.
