Sustainable practices and locally sourced meats are highlighted in this dinner featuring Farmer’s and their workplaces. We will be featuring a menu with the different meats that hail from these Farms that have made a commitment to ethical practices and quality. Three of the Farmers will be in attendance to put a face to the Farms and answer questions about agricultural curiosities.
