SOLD OUT — Dating back to at least the 12th century, Belgian beer is steeped in drinkable history. Join us in tasting the many different styles that Belgium has to offer! Head Brewer Scott Hayes and Head Barman Chad Pierce will be providing samples of each beer as well as some history of the style and brewing techniques. There will be between 8-10 beers tasted during the night. This class includes light hors d’oeuvres.

It’s no secret that the American palate likes its bold red wines. And after a long Michigan winter, who couldn’t use some heavy reds to thaw us out? For the last 10 years the Laundry has led an annual exploration of wines and foods that showcase some of the best varietals and styles of broad-shouldered and bold red wines from around the world.
