SOLD OUT – This guided tasting will highlight one of the most beloved spirits, Bourbon. During this class we will discuss fermenting practices, aging processes, grain builds and the rich history that surrounds this spirit. This participatory class will allow for students to strengthen their knowledge of the complexity that in every bottle. Class includes light hors d’oeuvres.  Hosted by Beverage Director Jon Foley. $60 per person

 

Come celebrate one of the greatest food and wine regions in the world! Chef Jody Brunori will pair five courses with wines selected by beverage director Jon Foley. Beautifully balanced white wine will meet some of the most heavy and tannic red wine in the world over inspired food. We hope to see you there! $80.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity (a total of $101 per person.)
