Cocktail of the Month: This is Not a Square
A take on the New Orleans classic, the Vieux Carré, which refers to the central square of the French Quarter. This clever cocktail was designed by our own Lauren Chopski and combines Bowmore 12 Single Scotch, Laird’s Apple Brandy, Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth, Yellow Chartreuse and a dash of whiskey barrel bitters. Enjoy.
Daytime Cocktail Special: Americano
Sometimes simple is best. It takes only Campari, Carpano Antica Vermouth and a spritz of soda water for a bright, refreshing, bittersweet cocktail perfect for these longer spring afternoons. So keep it simple. Keep it classic.
Enjoy a Special Daytime Price of $6.50 until 4 pm.
Our classic B’s Bug Bar was on hiatus for the holidays, but it’s back with a new look and a more consistent shape, size and bake. It’s the same recipe you know and love — real butter, eggs cracked by hand, rich Callebaut Belgian chocolate chunks. $3.75 each
Iced Coconut-Blackberry Latte
Rich espresso, milk, coconut and blackberry syrups poured over ice. $3.65 / 16 oz
Strawberry-Rhubarb Double Crust
Tangy rhubarb and sweet strawberries tucked into our hand-crimped pie crust. It’s a springtime classic. $18.50 / whole pie
Our pies come from CRUST and are made right here in Fenton. Each crust is shaped and crimped by hand. Fruit pies are filled with more than two pounds of fresh fruit tossed with just sugar, natural tapioca for thickening, and a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. No canned filling here. And no artificial flavors, chemicals or preservatives.
Bread of the Month: City White
A classic Italian loaf with a dense crust and a soft, white interior. Just flour, water, sea salt, natural starter and pinch of yeast.
During the month of April, take $1 off the regular price of City White.
All our breads come from CRUST – a baking company in Downtown Fenton and are made according to artisan principles, without preservatives or chemical leaveners. Visit The Laundry’s Side Door to see today’s assortment of breads, pastries and pies delivered daily from CRUST.
